Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 9, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

FanIQ (the "App") is published by Parent-AI LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Washington, United States ("Parent-AI LLC," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

The Service

FanIQ is an AI-powered NFL analytics app. You can ask questions in plain English about NFL players, teams, games, and stats, and the App generates answers using a local statistics database together with an AI model. The App is provided for informational and entertainment purposes.

Not Professional Advice / No Betting or Gambling Advice

FanIQ's answers, fact cards, previews, and projections are generated automatically and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. The App contains no betting or gambling content, and nothing in the App is betting, gambling, wagering, investment, financial, legal, or professional advice of any kind.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make, including fantasy lineup choices. Do not rely on the App as the basis for placing a bet or wager of any kind.

Accuracy Disclaimer

NFL statistics and AI-generated answers can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content in the App. The App and its content are provided "as is," without verification against any official league record.

Eligibility

You must be capable of forming a binding contract to use the App. If you are a minor under the laws where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, consistent with the App Store age rating for the App.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Your API Keys and Third-Party Providers

The App offers an on-device "fast" mode that requires no setup, and an optional "power" mode where you supply your own API key for a third-party AI provider (OpenAI and/or Anthropic). If you choose to supply your own API key, your use of that provider's service is governed by that provider's own terms of service and privacy policy, not by these Terms.

You are solely responsible for your API key, for keeping it secure, and for any usage charges billed to you by the provider. Your key is stored only on your device and is sent directly from the App to the provider you configure; we never see or store it.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App is free to download and includes a free tier. Optional paid access is sold as an auto-renewable subscription, called All Access, which unlocks the full catalog and the paid features described on the purchase screen. All Access is offered in two plans:

Current prices are shown in the App before you purchase, in your local currency, and are the prices that govern. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage your subscription and turn off automatic renewal at any time in your Apple Account settings.

Some users hold a legacy one-off purchase made before All Access moved to a subscription, or access granted through a promotional code issued by us. That access continues to work and does not renew or bill again. It is not sold in the App.

Billing, payment methods, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's own terms, not by us. We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests go to Apple.

License

Unless we present you with a different agreement, the App is licensed to you under Apple's standard End User License Agreement, the Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These Terms are supplementary service terms that apply alongside it. If these Terms conflict with that license agreement on the scope of your license to use the App, that license agreement controls.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Parent-AI LLC. NFL statistical data is sourced from public nflverse datasets. NFL team names, logos, and other marks are the property of their respective owners. FanIQ is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League (NFL) or any NFL team.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Parent-AI LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge the following:

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Washington, except where prohibited by applicable law.
